Cowboy Nurse Lingerie Noodle – Pitch
In the Nano Sari system, a planet known as Aglion exists. On this planet lies a nuclear type of power source known as BREACH. It was renewable, easily harnessed, and eventually replaced oil and electricity. Those that colonized the planet made small towns and large cities in no time. Soon it was discovered that when humans came into contact with substance, they gained extraordinary powers.
There were those that used the BREACH powers for their own gain, outlaws, and those that that used the powers to defend their home. One such person was an airheaded nurse named Lingerie Noodle. After an attempted mugging by a small gang, one which left everyone except her dead, Lingerie crawled over to a nearby BREACH vent that was unearthed by the explosion the gang used.
Lingerie touched the BREACH and gained powers that she used to vanquish the gang. She returned to her home and vowed to protect the province from any outlaws. In a moment of her airheaded-ness, she dubbed herself “Cowboy Nurse Lingerie Noodle.”

I'm not sure if this is a pitch so much as a synopsis.
The universe is based off of the Starhawk Universe. The small towns resemble stuff you'd imagine that you would see in the Old West, and the large cities, well you can very well imagine what those look like, can't you? The eyes of those touched by BREACH change color depending on the person's mood. And as for what BREACH means, have fun with acronyms. Oh, and what kind of mother would name their daughter "Lingerie"? One that was on drugs to help with the delivery and wouldn't take "no" for an answer.
