Comic Script
Panel 1: PaRappa looks at the cover of a video he rented.
PaRappa: Ringu 55555? I hope that's for style and not for consecutive numbers.
Panel 2: PaRappa inserts the VHS into his VHS player.
Panel 3: PaRappa sits on his couch drinking a soda.
Panel 4: Four girls in a world of black and white start creeping out of a well.
Panel 5: PaRappa looks surprised by what he sees.
Panel 6: The four girls creep towards the T.V. screen. They are about halfway there.
Panel 7: PaRappa is confused by what he is seeing.
PaRappa: Is this one of those Japanese horror movies or something? I know I asked for something different but this-
Panel 8: The four girls are coming out of the screen, entering PaRappa's colorful world and are reaching for him.
Panel 9: PaRappa is scared by what he is witnessing as the four girls almost grasp him. He drops his soda.
PaRappa: What!? I didn't ask for any 3D movie! What's going on!?
Panel 10: Two of the Ringu girls hold PaRappa on each side while the remaining two attempt to use their "spooky eyeball TF" powers on him. He looks side to side as he ponders on what he should do.
PaRappa: Man, these crazy girls really have me in a pickle. What am I gonna do?
Panel 11: A light bulb appears over PaRappa's head. He looks up at it as his idea forms. The background is circular but jagged, and blue and green circles come out of the light bulb.
PaRappa: Yeah! I know!
Panel 12: PaRappa shouts his famous phrase inside an orange background with blue and green circles in it.
PaRappa: I gotta believe!!!
Panel 13: PaRappa is on a stage made up of orange, light blue, green and red cubes, with blue Xs, red circles, white squares, and light green triangles. There are pink speakers behind PaRappa. A spotlight is shining on him while lights that change colors shine on the background. He is performing for a bunch of persons that remain silhouettes, though some of them are pretty notable characters such as Chop Chop Master Onion. PaRappa is performing his Level 3 Super from Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale.
Chorus: You gotta do what?
PaRappa: I gotta redeem!
Panel 14: The four girls look at each other and shrug, having no idea what PaRappa is doing or how he did it.
Chorus: Sure about that??
PaRappa: I gotta relieve!
Panel: 14: PaRappa continues his Level 3 Super, making a kick motion.
Chorus: You gotta do what?
PaRappa: I gotta receive!
Panel 15: PaRappa finishes his Level 3 Super, bringing out his mic.
Chorus: But most important?
PaRappa: I gotta believe!!!
Panel 16: The four girls are caught within a dome of yellow light with blasts coming out of it. Sparks fly. The girls are vaporized by it and are sent back to the black and white video from whence they came.
Panel 17: PaRappa crosses his arms and looks satisfied with his victory. He is back in his room.
PaRappa: I wish Sunny Funny saw what I did.
Panel 18: The four girls all look puzzled by what happened.
Ringu girl 1: What just happened?
